For clients who want to hand off monthly bookkeeping and keep their financials accurate, organized, and up to date.

Monthly reconciliations
Monthly unaudited Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports
Ongoing support to help you understand your numbers
Quarterly Bookkeeping
Starting at $200 / quarter
For clients who manage their day-to-day bookkeeping but want expert quarterly review, reconciliations, and financial reports.
Includes:
Quarterly account reconciliations
Unaudited Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports
Year-end financial report package to support tax filing and planning
Quarterly review of financial activity
Cleanup Bookkeeping
Starting at $750
One-time service
For clients whose books need correction, cleanup, or organization before accurate reporting or tax preparation can happen.
Includes:
Review of prior bookkeeping
Corrections and cleanup of messy or inaccurate records
Reconciliation support
Customized quote based on complexity
Catch-Up Bookkeeping
Starting at $125 / quarter
For clients who are behind and need prior months or quarters brought up to date. Pricing is billed per quarter that needs to be caught up.
Includes:
Historical bookkeeping by quarter
Transaction categorization
Reconciliations
Additional cleanup if needed
Pricing increases based on complexity and additional services. Additional fees may apply for extra bank or credit card accounts, high transaction volume, payroll support, sales tax filings, class tracking, job costing, custom reporting, or significant cleanup needs. All pricing is reviewed during consultation before work begins.
