Founded by husband and wife team Keith and Kim, we offer personalized bookkeeping and tax services to help individuals and small business owners gain clarity, stay organized, and grow with confidence. Kim Bernstein

Kim is a trusted tax professional and co-owner of KB2 Bookkeeping & Tax. With a strong foundation in accounting and a passion for helping small business owners succeed, she brings both expertise and empathy to every client relationship. Her career began in the construction industry, where she developed specialized knowledge in AIA billing, Texas lien law compliance, and job costing.

Over the years, Kim has worked with clients across various industries, including insurance, e-commerce, and professional services. She is known for her attention to detail, her ability to explain financial concepts clearly, and her commitment to creating a judgment-free experience for every client.

Keith Bernstein

Keith is the co-owner of KB2 Bookkeeping & Tax and a results-focused accounting professional with a background in healthcare and SaaS finance. A Summa Cum Laude graduate of Penn State with a degree in Accounting, he excels in creating efficient systems, streamlining reporting processes, and delivering high-level financial insights to business owners.

Keith’s strengths lie in problem solving, automation, and helping clients understand the big picture behind their numbers. He is committed to accuracy, transparency, and building long-term financial success for the clients KB2 serves.
