Sometimes a fresh start begins with a simple question. For Kim, it was asking Keith, “What if we started our own bookkeeping and tax company?”
We wanted to build something we could be proud of. A business where honest answers, careful work, and treating people well were part of every day.
That became KB2. Today, alongside Annette, we bring those same values to the businesses and people we work with.

Kim Bernstein
Kim is a tax professional and one of KB2’s owners. Her warm, practical approach helps business owners feel comfortable asking questions, understand their finances, and move forward with confidence.
Annette Valadez
Annette brings a love of numbers and a thoughtful eye for detail to KB2. She helps keep client work organized and moving smoothly. Outside of work, she enjoys walks with her dogs, Tequila and Sunny.
Keith Bernstein
Keith is an accounting professional and one of KB2’s owners. He enjoys making the numbers easier to understand and helping business owners stay organized, solve problems, and plan their next steps.
